Clean Focus Completes Six Community Solar Projects In Colorado

Clean Focus Renewables Inc. has completed six Colorado community solar gardens that are expected to produce 23,829 MWh of clean energy annually, which could power 2,213 homes.

The ground-mount projects, totaling 11.92 MW, are located on open land in Watkins, Aurora, Platteville, Sterling and La Jara. The projects will provide renewable energy to homes and businesses unsuitable for installing their own solar systems; instead, subscribers can purchase a portion of the power produced from the community solar gardens.

Greenskies Renewable Energy LLC, a Clean Focus company, will maintain the projects, and Clean Focus Yield Ltd. will operate the systems as part of its portfolio of commercial, industrial, small utility and community solar projects.
