GID, a vertically-integrated real estate developer, investor and operator, and Greenskies Clean Focus, a national leader in renewable energy solutions, announced the completion of a commercial solar system at Pavona Apartments by Windsor in downtown San Jose, CA.

Greenskies is the project’s developer, financer, owner, and long-term operator under a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA). Greenskies will also provide ongoing operation and maintenance to the site.

Greenskies announced the completion of a 575-kW roof mount solar system at Belvedere Place, a prominent Class A office complex in Mill Valley, California, located just north of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Greenskies Clean Focus is funding rooftop solar installations at seven schools and the District Administration Building for Piscataway Township Schools in New Jersey, with no upfront costs to the district.
