Rob Martorano drives fundraising. He brings more than 30 years of executive experience in investment banking, accounting, and renewable-energy financing and leasing.

Prior to joining Greenskies and Clean Focus, Rob was Executive Vice President for OneRoof Energy a residential solar platform. Rob was Director Asset Finance for Citibank with a focus on solar and wind tax equity transactions that utilized power hedges. As President of Meridian Asset Finance, which arranges and advises on tax equity for alternative energy, Rob represented companies such as Google, Northland Power, Aegon, and Fuel Cell Energy along with many other investors and developers in the space.

Rob was with Deutsche Bank Securities for 15 years, where he was the Americas Head of the Asset Finance and Leasing group, based in New York. The group covered conventional and renewable power, tax monetization, project finance, and equity investing. During his time at Deutsche Bank, Rob worked on several IPOs and led the refinancing of the companies’ assets to provide reduced cost and additional liquidity. Previously, Rob was a Vice President of Finance and Administration at Computer Leasing and a manager at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Martorano is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive,) and he earned his BSA in Accounting from Villanova University.
