Paul Drane leads finance and accounting. He brings over 21 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, performance measurement, and team development.

Most recently Paul served as Vice President and Controller at Shenkman Capital Management, Inc., an investment manager. During his 14-year tenure at Shenkman Capital, Paul progressed from Senior Accountant, to Assistant Controller, and then to Vice President and Controller. As Controller Paul oversaw the accounting staff of Shenkman Capital, coordinated the commingled funds’ annual audit, audited financials, and K-1 tax returns, and coordinated the firm’s yearly SSAE 16 audit. Paul’s team was responsible for client billing including management and incentive fee calculations, budgeting, forecasting, and various other corporate accounting functions. Paul also served as a voting member of Shenkman’s Valuation Committee which determined the fair market value for illiquid and infrequently traded securities. Prior to Shenkman, Paul worked at UBS Investment Bank as a Financial Analyst and at JP Morgan Chase as an Accounting Manager.

Paul earned a B.S. in Accounting from Norwich University, Military College of Vermont, and an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University.
