Kevin Cassidy drives corporate finance, financial planning, accounting, and administrative services at Greenskies Clean Focus.
Kevin combines his public company experience with a strategic skillset in finance and accounting developed while working with companies at various business stages, from startup through growth and exit. He worked with several successful start-ups, resulting in four IPOs and an acquisition by a public company. Kevin leverages a strong business network in the Tri State area and has served on three not-for-profit Boards.
Kevin provided interim CFO and accounting advisory services to middle market companies as a Managing Director with CSuite Impact and as a Director with Cohn Reznick. Kevin analyzed over 100 technology and CPG companies during his 18 years at Moody’s Investors Service as a Senior Credit Officer. Kevin also led the development of the Speculative Grade Liquidity (SGL) methodology providing structure and consistency to Moody’s approach of assessing the components of a company’s liquidity profile.
Prior to Moody’s, Kevin worked at KPMG’s National Office providing technical accounting assistance on topics such as debt, equity, and business combinations. Kevin also led the automation of the independence system while at KPMG. Kevin started his career with Ernst & Young leading Sunrise Assisted Living’s $300 million IPO. After EY, Kevin led the $100 million sale of NYFIX to the NY Stock Exchange as NYFIXs’ CFO.
Kevin earned B.S. in Accounting from Le Moyne College. He holds an active New York CPA license.
